In the week that Wild Front are playing their last gigs in Southampton – or indeed anywhere – for the foreseeable future, Southampton’s warming up for a new year of entertainment. There’s Halo-inspired deathcore from the US, a local sax and harmonica duo, blues, punk, an experimental ensemble at Arches Studios, and Lego and Steampunk meetups. It’s vitally important that we support local whenever we can especially at a time where every penny counts, both for ourselves and our favourite businesses and artists.
